Delivery & Returns

Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within FIVE working days from the date of ordering. For orders placed after 1pm, the following day will count as the order date.

Standard delivery is £5.95 on all orders MAINLAND UK

Due to delivery cost charged to us by the courier, a surcharge to following areas applies:
offshore delivery, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, please contact us for a quote. The delivery cost shown in your shopping cart will not apply.

If for any reason we are unable to deliver within this time frame we will notify you as soon as possible.

Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
Standard & Pallet delivery is from Monday to Friday.

In most cases it is possible to arrange for delivery on a Saturday, but we do unfortunately have to charge for this service. Costs vary depending on the goods ordered and your location in the UK, but are usually around £20 - £40. If you require delivery on a Saturday, please contact us for details.

Delivery of Aquariums, Stands & Cabinets
Due to the fragile nature of aquariums, you will be asked to inspect your goods for damages or breakage on delivery prior to signing and accepting the delivery. Any external signs of damage to packaging should be investigated further.
In the unlikely event that parts of your delivery are damaged, we would request you inform the delivery person and refuse the delivery. Please inform us immediately so we can arrange for replacement.
As deliveries are fulfilled by a third party we can not offer installation of your aquarium.
Stands and cabinets are delivered flat packed for easy assembly unless otherwise stated in the product description.

For larger aquariums that state “Pre-booked pallet delivery service” in the product description, you will be telephoned by the courier company – Pallet Force – once they have received your order to book in a mutually agreeable day and time slot for delivery. Please note that pallet delivery is to kerbside. The courier will be responsible for offloading your order from the delivery vehicle only. They are not required to have any involvement with lifting and carrying the goods once unloaded. Whilst the delivery person may be willing to assist with the lifting and moving of goods, it is not a requirement of theirs, and should in no way be relied upon.

All other items that are not marked as “Pre-booked pallet delivery service” will be sent via Business Post courier service, and will be delivered to your door at the earliest possible time.

 

Returns
On arrival: Please do not sign & accept your delivery if there is any indication of damage caused to your goods.

All items with the exception of consumables, are covered by a minimum 12 month guarantee.  If an item supplied by UK Delivered becomes faulty within the guarantee period, we will either repair, provide replacement parts, or replace the entire item as we see fit. Only items where we are unable to replace, and where no suitable alternative can be agreed, will be accepted back for a refund. We will arrange collection of the faulty item at our own cost. If on receipt the item is deemed “not faulty”, a collection charge may be incurred. Locating an aquarium on any base other than the one designed for that purpose will invalidate the guarantee on that tank. Please take your time when choosing your aquarium, and please be aware that return of unwanted goods will be at your expense. As this can be very costly we would ask you to be sure you are ordering the correct item for your needs.
